Domestic Shipping

We ship to all 50 US states. Standard shipping takes 2-5 business days from our GMP-certified facility.

Orders placed before 2 PM PT on business days are processed the same day. Weekend and holiday orders are processed the next business day.

Shipping Rates

Orders over $50: Free standard shipping.

Orders under $50: Flat rate $4.99 standard shipping.

All subscription orders: Free shipping, always — regardless of order value.

Order Tracking

You will receive a confirmation email when your order ships, including a tracking number. You can track your package through USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on your location.

International Shipping

We do not currently ship outside the United States. International shipping is on our roadmap. Join our newsletter to be notified when we expand to your country.

We believe in our products. If you are not completely satisfied with any VYBR8 purchase, we will make it right.

Contact us within 30 days of your delivery date for a full refund. No complicated forms. No hoops to jump through.

How to Return

1. Email hello@vybr8.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. We will send you a prepaid return shipping label within 1 business day.

3. Ship back the unused portion of the product using the provided label.

4. Your refund is processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the return.

Refund Details

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after we process it.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a VYBR8 error (wrong item, damaged product, etc.).

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, contact us immediately at hello@vybr8.com. We will send a replacement at no cost with expedited shipping. No return required for damaged items.
