Subscription Terms

Subscription plans auto-renew monthly on the same date as your initial purchase. You will be charged the subscription price each billing cycle until you cancel.

You may pause, modify, or cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at hello@vybr8.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle — you will receive your final shipment and will not be charged again.

Shipping and Delivery

We ship to addresses within the United States. Standard shipping takes 2-5 business days. Orders over $50 qualify for free standard shipping. Subscription orders always ship free.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. VYBR8 Wellness is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind every product. If you are not completely satisfied with your VYBR8 purchase, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Return the unused portion of the product and we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
